I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding my use of the Infrared and Finnish Sauna at Heat Sauna & Ice Bath Lounge -

1. **Assumption of Risk**:

I understand that using a sauna involves inherent risks, including but not limited to dehydration, overheating, fainting, burns, and cardiovascular complications. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume all risks associated with sauna use.

2. **Medical Considerations**:

I confirm that I do not have any medical conditions that would make sauna use unsafe for me, such as cardiovascular disease, skin conditions, respiratory issues, or any other conditions that might be exacerbated by exposure to heat. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a healthcare professional if I have any concerns before using the sauna.

3. **No Alcohol or Drugs**:

I agree that I will not use the sauna under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substances that impair judgment or physical ability. I understand that consuming alcohol or drugs before or during sauna use can increase health risks and may result in serious injury or harm.

4. **Guidelines Compliance**:

I agree to follow all posted guidelines and instructions provided by the facility, including but not limited to time limits, temperature guidelines, and any other safety instructions.

5. **Health Risks**:

I am aware that excessive use of the sauna can lead to heat exhaustion, dehydration, or more serious health complications, and I agree to monitor my own health and well-being during the session. If I feel faint, dizzy, or unwell, I will immediately leave the sauna.

6. **Release of Liability**:

I hereby release, waive, and discharge the facility, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of my use of the sauna, including any injury, illness, or death.

7. **Indemnification**:

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the facility and its staff from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising out of my use of the sauna.

8. **Pregnancy Acknowledgment**:

I confirm that I am not pregnant. If I were pregnant, I understand the risks associated with contrast therapy during pregnancy and confirm that I would seek approval from my healthcare provider before participating.

9. I understand that contrast therapy should not be used if i have any open wounds, exposed k-wires, a current infection , are pregnant or have high blood pressure.

Ice Bath Use Waiver and Release Form

I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding my use of the ice baths at Heat Sauna & Ice Plunge Lounge -

1. **Assumption of Risk**:

I understand that ice baths involve inherent risks, including but not limited to hypothermia, frostbite, cardiovascular stress, dizziness, and other health-related issues. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume all risks associated with ice bath use.

2. **Medical Considerations**:

I confirm that I do not have any medical conditions that could make ice bath use unsafe for me, including but not limited to cardiovascular or respiratory issues, cold intolerance, or Raynaud’s disease. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a healthcare professional if I have any concerns before using the ice bath.

3. **No Alcohol or Drugs**:

I agree that I will not use the ice bath under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substances that impair judgment or physical ability. I understand that consuming alcohol or drugs before or during ice bath use can increase health risks and may result in serious injury or harm.

4. **Guidelines Compliance**:

I agree to follow all posted guidelines and instructions provided by the facility, including but not limited to time limits, temperature guidelines, and any other safety instructions.

5. **Health Risks**:

I am aware that excessive exposure to cold water can lead to hypothermia, shock, or other serious health issues, and I agree to monitor my own health and well-being during the session. If I experience any discomfort, numbness, or other symptoms, I will immediately exit the ice bath.

6. **Release of Liability**:

I hereby release, waive, and discharge the facility, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of my use of the ice bath, including any injury, illness, or death.

7. **Indemnification**:

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the facility and its staff from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising out of my use of the ice bath.

8.**Pregnancy Acknowledgment**:

I confirm that I am not pregnant and , If I were pregnant, I understand the risks associated with ice bath use during pregnancy and confirm that I would seek approval from my healthcare provider before participating.

General Rule

1. Session Start Time – Your session begins at the time slot booked, not upon arrival. To ensure you get the full use of your session, please arrive 15 minutes early as stated in your confirmation email.

2. Late Arrivals & Extra Charges – If you exceed your booked time, you will be charged for an additional session.

3. Control Panels & Coal Safety – Guests are strictly prohibited from touching the control panels or pouring water on the coals. Anyone caught doing so will be asked to leave and charged for any damages caused.

4. Contrast Therapy Policy – We are a contrast therapy lounge, not a spa. You are required to end with cold therapy and should not use the facilities for washing hair or body. Contact with soaps after contrast therapy is not recommended for skin health.

5. Respect Towards Staff & Facilities – Our staff have the right to ask guests to leave if they cause distress or fail to use the facilities in a respectful manner. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

6. Age Policy – If you book a session and we believe you are underage, your booking will be cancelled without a refund. Please ensure you meet the minimum age requirement before booking.

7. We have a 12 hour cancellation policy, you can cancel your booking up to 12 hours before your scheduled session. Unfortunately cancelations or refunds can not be processed after this period.
